Ownership: Users retain ownership of their content but grant MiniLMS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display it for platform operations and improvements.

Moderation: MiniLMS may remove or edit User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Compliance: Users must ensure their content does not infringe on third-party rights or include illegal, harmful, or defamatory material.
